I hate it when I feel bloated and heavy after a big meal. That’s the reason why I eat food in small portions daily now. I still remember when I used to feel so fatigued that I couldn’t get out of bed. Life was really hard to live then.

But, I found the zest for life again. Doing circuit training 3x a week, drinking a ton of water and taking Eastern Botanicals’ Weight Loss herbal supplements have done wonders for my energy.
